We leveraged the opportunity of engaging every first-timer to church as part of the workforce. As part of this strategy, we printed church invitation cards and distributed two copies to each first timer, encouraging them to bring a minimum of two persons to subsequent services. This initiative has contributed significantly to the increase in attendance. Additionally, after each service, members are now more enthusiastic about presenting the souls they have invited, inspired by the example set by first-timers who are actively bringing in others. Overall, this approach has resulted in consistent growth, moving us from one level of increase to another.
